Now as we know, when the public figures some kind of trend, they get praise and criticism at the same time.

Many people call her out for setting bad example by saying she did starvation to achieve that figure & many took inspiration from her and started their weight loss journey.

Even though it is the personal choice of what you want to be if you are the public figure you have to be answerable to people. And Bebo did it very wisely, she told to trollers that she is from a Punjabi family and weight loss doesn’t necessarily have to do anything with starving.
